Our hope is that you will find all of the information you will need to be an informed Unit 1

resident while having the ability to complete any HOA business. The goal of the Unit 1

Board is to always work on your behalf. I encourage you to attend our monthly Board

meetings on the second Wednesday of each month at 2:00 pm in the Card Room of the

Club House. We also urge to you to attend the Master Association monthly meetings to

stay informed of events, important issues and the direction the community is taking to

improve life in Spanish Wells. The Master Association meetings are announced on the

Website at www.spanishwellscommunity.com If you are unable to attend the meetings,

take the time each month to read the posted minutes so that you are aware of topics

that impact Unit One as well as the whole community.

I also encourage you to get involved by sharing your skills and talents in whatever

capacity is comfortable for you. Only by working together can we create a community of

good neighbors.
