To All Unit One Owners                                          August 26, 2019

Beginning September 1, 2019 any owner who has any indebtedness to the Spanish Wells Unit One HOA will have their access Bar Codes downgraded until all indebtedness has been paid in full to the Spanish Wells Unit One HOA.

This procedure will include any and all bar codes registered to the owner's address to include owners, renters, guests and vendors.

This procedure has been approved and will be enforced by both SWCA and Spanish Wells Unit One upon notice from the HOA.
