Please be aware that the statement for the Unit 1 yearly assessment will be mailed to
each residence in early December. Payment is due in the beginning of January and can
be paid online through Appfolio or by check directly to:

During the weeks and months ahead Spanish Wells will see the return of our part time
residents as well as seasonal visitors. Our streets and facilities will become a bit more
crowded so please continue to be the considerate and friendly neighbors that you are.

 

Our Social Committee has also planned a few events during our busy season.
Be sure to mark your calendars and Save the Date. Additional information will follow
from the committee as each event gets closer.

 

Our January Block Party is scheduled for Saturday the 24th .

February we will return to Hertz Arena on Wednesday the 11 th for an Everblades Game

and on March 12th we will once again be wearing the green as we celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day.

Finally, on March 11, 2026, Unit 1 will hold its Annual Meeting in the Card Room of the
Club House at 2:00pm. We encourage all residents to attend and stay informed.
Materials for proxy votes will be mailed to all residents regarding issues requiring a
community vote. Residents will also receive information regarding the election of Board
members. Please consider serving Unit 1 in this capacity. Sharing your time and talent
for the betterment of our community is a good investment. Applications for candidacy
are due by January 30, 2026 and can be accessed by contacting Seacrest Southwest or
through our Unit 1 Website under Forms.
