Dear Member,
As you may know, the Spanish Wells Homeowners Association Board of Directors has partnered
with Seacrest Southwest to provide comprehensive management services for your community
since February 3, 2020.
Our responsibilities include managing landscaping, common area maintenance, administration,
accounting services, and enforcing your Association's Rules and Regulations. Additionally,
Seacrest Southwest assists your directors in operating the corporation and maintaining
compliance with the Florida Statutes and your Association's Governing documents.
Seacrest Southwest, a subsidiary of Seacrest Naples LLC, is managed by Bryan Fowler. The
office is located at 1044 Castello Drive, Suite #206, Naples, Florida 34103. The phone number is
(239) 261 - 3440, answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Carolyn Sabin has been assigned as your property manager. She is a Florida licensed
Community Association Manager with extensive experience and knowledge in dealing with
owners, renters, and contractors who provide services for the Association. Carolyn has proudly
earn ed her PCAM, the highest professional designation available nationwide to managers of
community associations, awarded by the Community Associations Institute. If you have any

concerns a violation of the Rules & Regulations, please provide it in writing. We will not
disclose the complainant's name unless legal action is required to address the violation.

1. Owner Information Update Form: Please complete this form and return it to our office at
your earliest convenience. This ensures we have your most current contact information. Include
your preferred mailing address. You can email the completed form to csr@swpropmgt.com or
mail it to the address at the top of the form.
2. AppFolio Introduction Packet: AppFolio provides an online Owner Portal to pay dues,
view account information, and much more. This packet includes an intro letter and important
information on how to use AppFolio after activation. If we have your email address on file, an
activation email will be sent separately.
3. Customer Service: This flyer explains our system for residents to report issues to the
manager via the Seacrest Southwest website, calling our office, or using the AppFolio owner
portal. Owners can track their requests in their AppFolio portal.

log in to your AppFolio Portal through our website or download the mobile app.
