Dear Member:
As you may know, the Board of Directors of Spanish Wells Homeowners Association has entered a contract with Southwest Property Management to provide comprehensive management services for your community starting February 3, 2020.

Our responsibilities include managing landscaping and common area maintenance, administration, accounting services, and enforcement of the Rules & Regulations for your association. In addition, Southwest Property Management will assist your directors in the operation of the corporation and maintaining compliance with the Florida Statutes and your Association documents.

Southwest Property Management is a subsidiary of Seacrest Naples LLC and is managed by Bryan Fowler. The office is located at 1044 Castello Drive, Suite #206, Naples, Florida 34103. The phone number is (239) 261- 3440, which is answered 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week.

Elaine Perez has been assigned as your property manager. She is a Florida licensed Community Association Manager and is experienced and knowledgeable in dealing with owners, renters, and contractors who provide services for the Association. If you have a question, complaint, or maintenance need, you may contact your property manager at (239) 261-3440 x140 or email eperez@swpropmgt.com . You may also utilize the Appfolio portal. If the complaint is regarding a violation of the Rules & Regulations, we would like to have the complaint in writing. We will not expose the name of the one who complains unless it requires legal action to correct the violation.

Please complete this form and return to our office at your earliest convenience. This will ensure that we have your most current contact information. Please make sure to include your preferred mailing address.
Please send the completed form via email to csr@swpropmgt.com, fax to 239-261-2013 or mail to the address at the top of the form.

2. Appfolio introduction packet: Appfolio provides an online Owner Portal where you can pay dues and view your account information and so much more. This packet includes an intro letter and also important information for how to use Appfolio after you activate. If we have your email address on file, an activation email will be sent to you in a separate email.

3. Customer Service: This flyer explains our system for residents to report issues to the manager via Southwest website, calling our office, or using your Appfolio owner portal. Owners can track their request(s) in their Appfolio portal.

other services we offer. You will also find reliable contractors, vendors, and a link to the Appfolio Portal. An activation email will be sent to you separately. After activation, you may login to your Appfolio Portal through this website or download the mobile app.
