    Re: 2nd NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
At the Membership meeting, held on February 23, 2022, a quorum was not present, therefore the meeting will reconvene on April 27, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Clubhouse Card Room at the Spanish Wells Country Club, 9801 Treasure Cay Lane, Bonita Springs, FL 34135.
BALLOT: The following members have submitted their names for candidacy to serve on the Board of Directors:

In as much as there are three (3) nominations for four (4) open positions, there will not be a vote.
