Architectural standards and guidelines are administered by the Architectural Review Committee.  This committee  is responsible for enforcing all standards and rules which apply to Spanish Wells Unit One.  These rules are set forth in the Amended and Restated Declarations of Restrictions, Covenants and Easements for Spanish Wells Unit One recorded with the Lee County Clerk on June 27, 2016.
