Compliance

Architectural standards and guidelines are administered by the Architectural and Compliance Committee.  This committee  is responsible for enforcing all standards and rules which apply to Spanish Wells Unit One.  These rules are set forth in the Amended and Restated Declarations of Restrictions, Covenants and Easements for Spanish Wells Unit One recorded with the Lee County Clerk on June 27, 2016.

Allow 30 days from submission of all required documentation for approval.

The following are submitted/attached as part of this application (all must be submitted for new construction, those items applicable should be submitted for modifications or alterations to an existing structure):

(A) Two complete sets of landscape drawings with description of plantings and site locations. (If Applicable)

(B) A color plan with color chips related to all exterior surfaces of the improvements. (If Applicable)

(C) Not to exceed completion date for the improvement.

(D) A certificate of insurance showing a minimum dollar coverage of $1,000,000 for property, general liability, auto and workers compensation. "Spanish Wells Unit One HOA shall also be named as also insured"

E) A copy of all contractor licenses showing current registrations
